The Successful Life of Drew Madden

Healthcare IT is an interesting use of technology for use in the medical sector for analyzing patients and keeping records of their information. It can also be used in communication between a patient and his/ her doctor. Drew Madden is a well-known seasoned IT executive and entrepreneur. He began his expertise in Healthcare IT at the Cerner Corporation, a healthcare corporation based in the U.S. In his early life; Drew Madden began as a student advisor in the University of Lowa for four years from the year 1998 to the year 2002. Afterward, he landed himself a job as an Integration Consultant in Cerner Corporation where he implemented Inpatient Clinical applications at two of the major Chicago hospital systems.

He stayed with this company for four years from the year 2002 to the year 2006. In the latter part of the year 2006, Drew Madden got another job in the Healthia Consulting/ Ingenix Consulting as the Senior Epic Consultant. In this company, he was responsible for implemented Epic Inpatient applications in different hospital systems through the whole of the Midwest. He was also able to acquire a certification in Willow (EpicRx), Clinical Documentation, Inpatient Procedure Orders and the Inpatient Medication Orders at this corporation. Drew Madden, however, rose up the ranks in the year 2009 in December to become the Regional Sales Director of the same company Ingenix Consulting.

Here, he was responsible for the development of business and sales of Epic, Allscripts consulting practices in Midwest and also GE. After working for five years in the company, Drew Madden was given another job in the Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc in the year 2010 December and became the Executive Vice President of the enterprise. He again went a step higher and was given a higher designation than the previous to become the President of Nordic in the year 2011. He was responsible for business development, consulting operations and the recruiting of new employees. He worked for this company for almost five years and later joined the Evergreen Healthcare Partners where he still works to the present time. He works as the managing director of the company still growing his interests as executive Healthcare IT.
